The paper reckons that Kevin Keegan ‘has an ace up his sleeve’ in his plan to lure Berbatov to St James’ - ‘The 26million-rated Berbatov is a lifelong Toon fan’. No wonder he looks so depressed all the time. ‘The widespread belief is that Berbatov will join Manchester United in the summer,’ says the Mirror. ‘But, just as he persuaded Alan

I got a canula in my arm and three shots with different medical drugs and felt the relief shortly after that. Puh. … Of course I will see if I have to go back home earlier, since the extra costs for the Hospital and the Hotel reduce my budget pretty much. I will take care of this the next days….
I tried several more searches on ‘medical error course’ but after some time I got tired, gave up and posted this entry to ‘accidents injuries’. Still, I think it was an interesting time.

People are always asking me to blog more often, well here i go, I looked up some information on ‘medical deaths’.
The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority has estimated that 50 tons of DU dust from the first Gulf War could lead to 500,000 cancer deaths by the year 2000. … More than 35 percent (251,000) of U. S. Gulf War veterans are dead or on permanent medical disability, compared with only 400 who were killed during the conflict….
I decided to blog this result under ‘accidents injuries’. Let me know what you think of this…

Today I was digging for some info on ‘medical errors class’ and came across the following paragraph:
Unfortunately Flynn does makes some rather odd mistakes and errors in the book, and some of them seem to be the sort of “intentional errors” that I find hard to forgive. … n the same chapter), never called for the murder of the President or even violence at the speech in question, and offered to provide free medical care to the dying P resident herself….

Today I was digging for some info on ‘medical coding errors’ and came across the following section:
For the rest of this article, the term wound to refer generically to all skin lesions, whether they would be classified as a wound or an ulcer in the ICD-9 coding s ystem. … Ironically, using the term wound and ulcer interchangeably in clinic notes can be cause of confusion and even lead to coding errors and should be avoided in clinic d ocumentation….
I tried several more searches on ‘medical coding errors’ but after 10 minutes I got tired, gave up and posted this entry to ‘accidents injuries’. Still, I think it was an interesting time.

Today I was digging for some info on ‘medical error deaths’ and came across the following section:
It quoted studies estimating that at least 44,000 and perhaps as many as 98,000 hospitalized Americans die every year from errors. … To put that into sharper and more alarming perspective, even the lower figure of 44,000 deaths exceeds the number of people who die each year either on the highways, o f breast cancer or of AIDS….If medical mistakes counted among the leading causes of death in America, they would be eighth. … But patients may never hear of the more subtle errors, like a delay in diagnosis or testing that costs precious time to fight off disease. Medical mistakes costing lives….S. hospitals and hundreds of medical journal articles, determined that medical error causes an astounding 783,936 deaths per year (and growing)….
